Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PO Label Printer app (“the App”) provided by Inshalytics (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The service

The App connects your Shopify inventory transfers and products to barcode label generation and printing, including label templates, PDF/Avery-sheet export, barcode generation, and a print-history log.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App with your Shopify store while it is installed and you comply with these Terms.

Acceptable use

  • Use the App only with stores you are authorized to manage.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the barcodes and label data you generate and print.

Barcode generation

The App can generate internal-use barcodes (GS1 prefix “2”) for variants that lack one. These are suitable for in-store scanning but are not registered GTINs for open trade. You are responsible for obtaining official GS1 barcodes where required.

Availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for wasted label stock, mis-scanned items, or lost profits arising from use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On uninstall, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
